The Tiber cycle path is an entirely bicycle route that follows the course of the Tiber River.
The route begins in Saxa Rubra, a location north of the city, and runs along the Tiber, passing through several residential and commercial areas. The bicycle route is flat and easily navigable, although it can be crowded at certain times of the day.
The route passes through some of Rome's most iconic places, such as Ponte Milvio, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Trilussa, offering cyclists the chance to admire, and reach by riding a few hundred meters, some of the city's most famous attractions.
